The game itself is as good as the others but the song list isn't great. You have to pay monthly to get access to over 500 songs. My niece loves it but check the songs out before purchase for younger kids. Might not be appropriate for younger kids.

This is a great app for exercise! Each song has an exercise intensity rating so you can start with low and impact songs and then work your way up the scale for high-intensity exercise. You can also create favorite playlists where you could compile some low-intensity songs to start off with and work your way up to a high intensity songs. A lot of songs I find are cool but none that I recognize so I purchased the unlimited and that unlocked songs of my era which are 70s 80s and 90s. There are a lot of my favorites in the 500 songs that the unlimited subscription unlocks. What helped me a lot was also buying a wrist strap so that I can put the controller on my wrist and not having to hold it while I'm doing the exercises. You only need one controller on your wrist to play the game so since the switch has two you can automatically dance with a partner. I highly recommend this for young and old alike. Well done

To be honest I don't like working out at all, but I LOVE dancing, so with this game I have been working out almost every single day. It gets better when you start learning the choreogrpies for your favorite songs! I would change the fact that sometimes you have to wait until you are actually playing the song to skip it (when you are on a playlist), if you missed to skip it when you finish the previous song, otherwise, I looove it. And I am using it with Unlimited so there is so many sooongs, its amazing.

I mean, the game has songs from Ariana Grande to ABBA. From Kpop to country music. You can learn so many different types cultures traditional dance moves! And there’s a section that my kids love to play which is not so complicated for them to enjoy!! Yes!! Endless amounts of fun indoors!! Unreal!! 💕💕

Arrived promptly. The game itself is cool, but the music it not nearly as good as the previous version as far as the type of music we like.
