• Free Economy shipping (5–8 business days) on orders $30+ USD.
• Economy shipping for orders under $30: $9.97 USD.
• Standard shipping (3–4 business days): $15.97 USD.

Canada

• Free Economy International shipping (6–10 business days) on orders $200+ CAD.
• Economy shipping for orders under $200 CAD: $24.97 CAD.
• Standard International (2–3 business days): $39.97 CAD under $200 CAD, or $29.97 CAD for orders $200+ CAD.

International (Other Countries)

• Free Standard International shipping (6–12 business days) on orders $300+ USD.
• Orders under $300 USD: Flat $34.97 USD.

Shipping Range

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Availability is shown at checkout based on your address.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed before 7 AM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• No processing on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

• U.S.: Economy 5–8 business days, Standard 3–4 business days.
• Canada: Economy 6–10 business days, Standard 2–3 business days.
• International: 6–12 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Process

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Tracking details are sent via email once shipped (allow 1–2 business days to update).

Partial Shipments

Some items may ship separately from our main warehouse in Fleetwood, PA or other refurbishment/storage facilities. Tracking is provided for each shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Damaged Orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Lost Orders: Contact us immediately for assistance.
