At RetroFam, our goal is to make shipping simple, affordable, and reliable for all our customers in the United States, Canada, and select international destinations.

Where We Ship

• United States (all states)
• Canada (all provinces and territories)
• Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed before 7 AM EST are processed the same business day.
• No processing on weekends or public holidays.

U.S. Shipping

• Free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) on orders $30+ USD .
• Economy shipping for orders under $30: $9.97 USD .
• Standard shipping (3–4 business days): $15.97 USD.

Canada Shipping

We now ship directly from our Canadian fulfillment center in Calgary, AB. This means faster delivery times and lower shipping costs for Canadian customers.

• Economy Shipping (Ground): Typically $8.00 – $35.00 CAD, depending on province and package size.
  • Example: A small parcel (2 lbs) ships for around $12–15 CAD in most provinces.
  • Larger boxes (30 lbs) range from $20–35 CAD, depending on distance.
• Free Shipping: Orders $200+ CAD qualify for free ground shipping.
• Standard/Express: Expedited options are available at checkout and vary by destination.

International Shipping (Outside U.S. & Canada)

• Free Standard International Shipping (6–12 business days) on orders $300+ USD.
• Flat rate $34.97 USD for orders under $300.
• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

• U.S.: 5–8 business days (Economy), 3–4 business days (Standard).
• Canada: 3–7 business days (Economy), 2–3 business days (Expedited).
• International: 6–12 business days depending on destination.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canpar, and Canada Post, depending on the destination and best rate available. Tracking details are provided once your order ships (allow 1–2 business days for updates).

Lost or Damaged Orders

• Damaged Orders: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Lost Orders: Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Signature Confirmation

Required for:

• Orders over $250 USD
• Shipments to apartment or multi-unit addresses
