Once you place an order, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for quick processing and shipping. We use a secure payment system to handle every transaction.

Because we begin processing right away and incur costs upfront, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’re processed. We understand things happen, so please review our cancellation policy for more details.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Important: Our order processing moves fast — often within just a few hours of your purchase. That means cancellations aren’t always possible. If you contact us to cancel before your order ships and our customer service team is able to respond in time, we may be able to cancel it. However, once an order is placed, please consider it final.
  • After Shipment:
    If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you’ll need to follow our Return Policy, and return shipping fees may apply.
  • Refused Deliveries:
    If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, it will be treated as a return. Additional return and handling fees may apply.

Why We Might Cancel an Order

In some cases, we may need to cancel an order due to the following reasons:
– Out of stock items
– Pricing errors
– Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund.

In the case of suspected fraud, future orders may be paused until we verify everything is secure. If your item is out of stock, we’ll notify you when it becomes available again and give you the option to place a new order.
