Our team reviews your submission, locks in your offer, and emails your prepaid label—usually within 1 business day.

3. Ship it

Pack it up, slap on the UPS or USPS label, and drop it off (or schedule a pickup). Typical U.S. transit is 3–7 business days.

4. Inspection + final confirmation

We run a 15-point check to confirm condition. If anything differs, we’ll email you a revised offer before payout.

5. Get paid

Choose ACH, a paper check, or 20% bonus store credit. We pay out within 3–5 business days after your box arrives.

Quotes usually go out within 1 business day. Shipping is typically 3–7 business days, inspection takes 1–2 business days, and payout follows within 3–5 business days after arrival. Most sellers are paid in about 2–3 weeks (checks by mail can take longer).

We keep it transparent. If our inspection doesn’t match the selected condition, we’ll email you what we found and a revised offer.

Usually, yes. If it’s repairable or useful for parts, we can still make an offer—priced fairly based on condition.

Once your items arrive, the sale is in progress and we can’t return them. This helps us keep processing fast and offers fair—so please only ship what you’re ready to sell.
