Transworld Surf Next Wave - Gamecube Game (Retro Fam)

So happy that I own this movie now. This was one of my favourite films of 2019. This is a fantastic movie and I can’t recommend it enough.

My parents were in town and we went to see this. I had to walk out close to the end bc it hit too close to home. So I rented it here. The performances, particularly the Dad, were profound. The direction, the cinematography. The content. The use of dialogue versus voyeurism to tell the story. When I learned that it wasn't nominated for multiple Oscars, I discarded the Oscars. This is life, told without boundaries, but still ultimately achieving that from tragedy comes hope, and that life can still be every bit as beautiful. If you let yourself see it.

Sterling and Kelvin are two of my favorite actors these days. This film does a great job of depicting the ripple effects of life and how we each impact each other. I think its a lovely tale and is worth watching. There are some scenes that you won't want your kids to see, but for the most part, it has some really relatable and teachable moments.
