A game about saving patients! Now this sure is a rare genre. While in the previous Trauma games you could only play a surgeon, in this game you actually play six different characters with different medical occupations i.e. game modes.First, let's take a closer look at these modes:Surgery - Good---------------------------Well, you cut up the patient, excise tumors, stitch up wounds, just what you'd expect. The controls with the Wii mote work pretty well, and overall, this game mode is pretty fun.Story-wise, the surgeries are performed by an excellent surgeon, who though is kept in a high-security prison for some reason. Also, he got amnesia. He is somewhat the main protagonist in the game, and his personal story also involves the main story of the game which starts in the second half. His story isn't bad, but imho the game left a lot unsolved regarding his full story, which kinda frustrated me.First Response - Very good-----------------------------------Here, you'll perform First Aid on several patients, i.e. you can switch between patients at any time, depending on who needs the treatment first. Now this game mode was really interesting and fun because of the thrill of switching between patients - the game doesn't tell you whom to treat first or how much treatment you should do before switching over, you just gotta decide for yourself. Also, one thing I noticed: This is actually the only game mode, where you can actually let a certain number of patients DIE and still pass the ep.
