ok so what can i say yes it was good hard workout anyone can do it plus it was fun very good buy.

I thought the game would be more integrated with an avatar. But its a picture of who is playing the game off in a box on the side. You do things but it's not like the kid adventure games where you are actually in the action. My scanner seems to pick up my movements well though I have not gone through every level. The game is very picky about your form on each exc. You have to take your time and really do it the right way or it will not count it. I guess that's good. It keeps you from cheating. If you just got the game make sure you use the hand controls to set up the profile. Much, much easier to do it that way. Over all it seems to be a good work out tool. It's kind of fun considering you are actually doing a workout. It also keeps track of your progress so that you can try to beat your best performance.

good price for product. best price i found around. Sometimes does not catch all movements but it is a good program nonetheless.

This game is a blast. I have been playing over the holiday with my family and we all just love it. You work up a sweat and it's competitive to see who can get more gems. If you want a way to burn calories that is visual and interesting this is it. And the technology is pretty good too - I like the camera on the xbox way better than the nun chucks on the wii fit.
