Nintendo Wii Classic Controller (Retro Fam)

Nicely made. Underutilized.

I quite like this controller, maybe not as much as the gamecube controller (which is one of my favorite controllers ever made) but it's still pretty damn good. My only real complaint is the lack of compatibility with my Wii games. I understand the Wii is supposed to be focused on motion sensing but if I don't want the waggling gimmicks I shouldn't be forced to play that way, I thought that was the point of the classic controller. Even in Twilight Princess, a game that was also on the gamecube, you can't use a gamecube or a classic controller to play it on the Wii. It doesn't make sense that a game that was also programmed for play with a gamecube controller can't be played with one on the Wii, but I digress...

Worked great until my son left it out and the dog ate it. Would've purchased my next one from them but they were sold out so I had to go to another Retro Fam seller.

Got it for Super Mario World

I bought Super Mario World and some other games to play on my Nintendo Wii. The Gamecube controller doesn't work well at all with it, so I bought this. It worked perfect and I had no problems with it all.

Great controller!

Works great and we are so glad that we purchased this so we could play the Nintendo games that require the classic controller. It plugs into our wii remotes and works flawlessly!

Works fine, was a little dirty but I cleaned it with some alcohol wipes and it works well. Price was good and was delivered quickly!
