Fighter's History - SNES Game (Retro Fam)

I think this is one of those games that has the potential to be a classic. It's exclusive to the wii and won't be around for ever so get it while you can. It's definatley a hit with my 5 year old and the graphics and killer combo moves are easy even for him to execute. It's a re-vamp of the old school 2D fighter game...

First off i should say this about shipping: it came, & it came on time. you can rely on these distributors.Now for the game: i'm sure anybody interested in this title is already familier with Vs. seriies gameplay, but even if you aren't, the fighting system is very easy to learn, so while experienced players may be able to fully utilize the games mechanics, new players shouldn't feel too intimidated. the roster is also very nice. lots of fun, interesting characters to play as. the game also has some good content. the only complaint i have is a lack of a tutorial system, i mean yeas, the game is easy to pick up & play, but it would be nice to have something like street fighter 4's challenge mode to teach players the ins & outs of the characters. i know that in this day & agee, you can look that stuff up on youtube, but it still would have been nice. I haven't played online mode yet, but i've heared its decent. but yes, overall, highly recommended. great party game, just great game in general.

Colorful cast of characters, unique design, great controls, and an amazing soundtrack!

I am so happy that the Wii got with the program. We need more games like this for that console. I'm getting an arcade stick just for this game cause I plan on playing it hours on end.As far a playing the game goes. It's simple and easy to maneuver around your opponents. This is a good game if Super Street Fighter IV is too technical. The moves seem easier to pull of and the reward for completing them successfully is a technicolorific pixelicious avalanche of glorious graphics.If you like fighter games, this is a must buy.

Since I don't have an Xbox 360 or a Playstation 3, I am unable to experience Marvel Vs. Capcom or SNK Vs. Capcom. This game is the next best thing if you have a Wii. Although I've never heard of any of the Tatsunoku characters (or half the Capcom characters, for that matter) it is still an awesome fighting game. The characters are interesting and are a blast to play with. My only complaint is that Tatsunoku's animes have never really hit the States, and some of the shows look rather intriguing.
