A classic into understanding how one of golfs greatest players understood and played the game. In golf I follow Jack Nicklaus and Ben Hogan. This is a great read and covers golf from birth to retirement.

I do rate this book. Its simple and practical and gives good insight into Jacks thought process and approach to golf shots. Given that it was first written in the 70s, it is a little bit dated but the more recently added section does give more insight into the mental aspects of golf. As ever Jack is direct, honest & assertive on his golf beliefs. Its simpler than Hogan's book which can be daunting for a beginner.
