Insanely difficult at the higher levels, bordering on being so difficult that it's unplayable. The first half of the game has high tension, and its cool and fun and just an overall great ride. But again, the difficulty actually gets prohibitive towards the end. It slowly slides from fun to frustrating as the controls fail to meet the needs of the games insane expectations. The final act really needed to go in another direction, still, despite the frustrating ending, the game leading up to that was so fun and challenging that I would still recommend it.

I'm embarassed to say this, but I stink at this game. As in big time stink. Try as hard as I might, I've never been able to finish this game- even with my TC savvy friend coaching me through it. I eventually ended up watching her play, which was a fun experience, but I still tried vainly to beat the game. I've gotten far but still fall short no matter what I do.The game casts you as a hot shot young doctor in a fast paced hospital environment. You & your nurse (who is doubtful of your skills) have to not only help the many patients who need your immediate attention but to also fight against a mysterious bug that is threatening the life of your patients.I really did enjoy this game & this is one of the DS games that really shines when it comes to the stylus interface. The graphics were nice & the game play ranges from easy to difficult. While some players such as myself will probably flub through the game, you can't help but keep getting drawn back to the game. The play is addicting & easy to learn but difficult to master.Despite my shortcomings at this game it is one that I heartily recommend to most players. If you prefer games that are laid back, you probably will want to rent this game before buying it. Still, it is worth a look & odds are that you'll end up getting addicted to it easily.
