I have never taken a live Zumba class or worked out to any other Zumba Wii games. This is my first one and it kicked my butt! Each time there is a new song (of 40 total) to challenge me. Whether it's learning to move my hips for the belly dances (the real CORE dances) or fast, wide moves for cardio workout, I burn hundreds of calories (according to the game) in just 3 songs. I danced growing up and learning the dances on the spot is a challenge, even for me. It's fun though. The stars come easily enough and really encourage you to do the dances over and over to gain levels and get more stars!Not for the lazy or weak!

It is a very good workout. The routines are not that easy, though. I believe a beginner would not be able to follow easily. The cues are not as good. I have done this in a while, so it was no problem for me.

I love all Zumba games for the wii. They've helped me lose a substantial amount of weight and are a form of exercise I find tolerable (haha). Of all of the Zumba wii games though, I have to admit, this is not my favorite. The music is fun, and the moves are fun, but this disc felt much more like a "workout" than any of the others. I play it and it is fun, but I prefer the others.

This is the hottest thing out right now is Zumba! No matter your race or sex, people all over are getting in shape & having fun doing it. This is a great resource to dance classes & doing it on your own schedule. Worth it!
