Resident Evil 4 - Wii Game (Retro Fam)

I'd probably get this on a different console (I do) but this is fun if you've already beat it or wanna make it real easy

This is by far one of my most favorite games on the gamecube, once they came out with the ps2 version i was annoyed that they had extra stuff. so when the wii version was announced that had all the ps2 extras and better graphics i was all too excited, had it pre-ordered and waited patiently then the day finally came when i could play it. i have already beaten everything all over again and i have to say that this is by far the best version of RE4 hands down..

I had this game before on my gamecube but now that its available on my wii as well it makes it all a lot better! now i can really aim on screen with the control which makes easy killings and shooting. In the end, its a great game which i would reccomend

EXCELLENT GAME, the family and friends LOVE this game. Full of action, full of fun, make’s you think about what will come at you next. If the other Resident Evil games are like this one i will buy them all.

I haven't played an FPS since Doom, but I'd read such good reviews about the Wii version of this game I had to try it. Surprisingly, it lives up to the hype. The control scheme is great, it's very natural and satisfying. Gameplay is good too; not too easy, not too hard. I've never been a fan of games where you can't save whenever you want, but the combination of spots you can save manually plus automatic checkpoints as you enter places you're likely to get killed works well. I liked the atmosphere as well, it seemed immersive (i.e. scary). My first time through I was nervous and took things slowly, so it took 88 hours. My second run, keeping all the gear I had from the first, took about 18. Amazingly, it's just as fun the second time through, especially since you make enough money to upgrade all your weapons. You also unlock two new weapons at the end of the first run, which is nice, although the infinite launcher costs too much to afford for quite a while.
