USA Today Crosswords - DS Game (Retro Fam)

I was nervous as someone would be buying a used older game system, though I'm not that fussy if it came without the limited skin that would have been fine as long as it worked with both ds and gameboy advanced games. I was happy to see the skin when I opened the packaging, and honestly happy the packaging had some proper protection for the Ds. Wasn't expecting the charger, that was great as I didn't really want to buy a new one. Seems to have been charged before it was shipped to me and turned on right away, though theres a bit of a trick to getting it to understanding I have a game in the slots both my Pokemon Ruby and Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass worked when I figure out I had to plug in the game and then turn it on. It's been a while so maybe thats always how this system worked. I'm so happy this purchase turned out better then I'd hoped seeing as half my gaming library is game boy advanced games and I can finally play them again.(I'm not the best with computers so I can't upload and pictures though when it arrived the ds was in the condition described, still it's up to you whether you believed me or not)

This is my secount nintendo DS lite and I also had this same color this one is better in my oppinion simply becuz of the price when I originally got the first one before this one it was first released 300 or so buck's I'm so glad retrolio still carries these haha my favorite my old one broke :( anyway's great buy.

bought this for my 7 y/o niece so I could get mine back. She loves it and the color is her favorite at the moment. So ty ty ty....shipping was awesome. packaging was the way it is supposed to be, not to big!

These little portable game consoles are great for taking on the go. If you are going some place you know there is likely to be a wait, take one of these. The doctor's office, the dentist, a night time road trip, whatever. Kids love playing the games, and unlike the competing brands of hand held game consoles, Nintendo appears focused on family friendly titles. Not only that, but the little units are rugged. The clam shell design protects the screens when the unit is flung to the floor on in the door of the truck. Other brand(s) that I own have the "candybar" design, and the screen is very prone to scratching. Also, the battery life on these little things are great. Kids leave these things in the truck for what seems like weeks, and they just keep picking them up and playing them. Only have to charge the batteries every once in a while, which we do over night when the units aren't in use anyway. Even though these are no longer the newest units on the block, they are still very popular and fun, and what's more is they are much less expensive than they used to be. An all around winner. Would I recommend one? Yes, everyone in our family has one, and most of our friends have them too.

The DS has some minor wear and tear but I bought it knowing that is had some light damages. Tiny Tiny scratch. Came with everything it said in the product description except the Gameboy slot was empty which it was suppose to have one of those blank cartilages to keep the dust out. No big deal though. I love the DS lites
