Simply the best...

It has been 12 years and I still keep my N64 in excellent working condition just so I can play WWF No Mercy! Here is the breakdown.Graphics- Very clean. Characters are easily identified and and well detailed. Although the images are rendered a little simple or blocky, I think that the style is easy to love. It is nice to play something that looks like a game and not a sim.Gameplay- Controls are easy to use but take practice to master. This means that anyone can play it but those that devote the time will be rewarded with dramatic game experiences.Sound- Sound effects are awesome. Mat slams and punches are satisfying. Music is a little weak. You will hear "Dig Diggity Dogg" in your sleep.Game modes are very extensive and rewarding. Best part is that the story modes are actually fun and do not feel like a job.Create-a-wrestler is amazing. Unlock or buy parts and moves to create any wrestler you can think of. Also, you can store CAWs on memory cards. So you almost have unlimited amounts of CAWs to create. You can also edit the in-game wrestlers appearance and profiles. My only gripe is that you cannot edit the moves of in-game wrestlers. To do this you have to clone the wrestler into the CAW mode where you can then edit the move set. Seems annoying to have two Tazz just to get a moveset more correct. But there are multiple Foley's so it not too uncommon.I could continue to ramble on about the greatness that is this game but if you are a wrestling fan you should own and love this game.THQ! Hire AKI back and let's get a sequel! It's been almost 13 years!
