Resistance: Burning Skies - PS Vita Game (Retro Fam)

This is a very good game, it proved to me that a fps can work well on ps vita. It is very underrated by critics, however it is not perfect. It is similar to other resistance games (linear, chimera shooting action).The Good: Gameplay mechanics are solid, touch controls are not overdone. The game looks great most of the time. The weapons are awesome, good ones like the bullseye and auger return. New weapons and secondary fire are cool. Online play is lag free and fun.The bad: the story is pretty bland, they tried to make it like resistance 3(focus on a family), but did a poor job. They should have focused more on the global invasion. The sound is pretty bad, weapon sounds could be played on a game boy color. It has an online pass. The final boss was near impossible and frustrating.Overall a fun game, fairly easy except for the final boss. Took about 5-7 hours to beat. By far the easiest platinum I have ever gotten. There is a $10 online pass, so buy it new if you want to play online or get platinum. I recommend the trilogy to anyone that likes this game.

its not bad at all i play it every once and a while definetly is a time killer....play it when im bored when i wanna play it....not much like the ps3 game but then it wasnt expected to be but its a whole lot of shooting the aliens upgrading the weapons getting new ones trying to complete the objectives best as i can...but overall its pretty good glad i bought it and enjoying playing it

Wonderful game! Long campaign, great for traveling. Cool effects and stuff that are really good. And it is reasonably priced

Fun game doest have super great graphics or anything but for the price its a lot of fun
