Richard Scarry's BusyTown - Genesis Game (Retro Fam)

One of my favorite things about Danica Mckellar is her ability to bridge the gap between teacher and student. This is the second book I’ve noticed that has a blurb “A Note To the Parents” in the foreword explaining the difference between the way we learned math in the past, and the jungle of new terms, processes, and assessment that our children face today. This one section prepares parents for math time with their children in a way that helps parents learn at the same time as the children, and explore fun ways to learn the material that’s coming. Her approach to making Math fun, interesting, and exciting gives a one-of-a-kind experience for both parent and child in exploring some fun ways to learn and practice math. I’d recommend every book in the Mckellar Math library.

Got this book to help my daughter who is going into the 3rd Grade. She is really enjoying it!! I highly recommend it.
