Swagman - PS1 Game (Retro Fam)

I was always hesitant to buy this game. In retrospect, I don't know why. It got great reviews, I'm a huge fan of westerns and most rockstar games, so I really don't know what took me so long. I saw it on black friday and said "what the hell". Once I started I couldn't stop. I felt like I was playing a real life western movie out. It has so many wonderful elements from the environments to the people you interact with and the dialogue that gets exchanged. I love this game.The only fault I have found was the horse shoe game which is tough as hell, but after an hour of practice, I got it down...somewhat.If you like westerns and Rockstar, get this game and play it and enjoy it!

i admit i originally bought this game solely for the undead nightmare. my best friend and i are huge fans on just about everything zombie themed and i felt this was a must buy. having played the game for a few days now i feel its way more fun than any commercials lead on to. story driven, free roaming, and the random encounters are a nice change of pace from the standard 'quest giver' set up, by which i mean at any point in time bandits will raid a town, or attack a bar maid, rob a farmer on the side of the road and you can either choose to help them or go about your buisness. plus plenty of mini games and side missions when you feel like taking a break from the main plot. poker, black jack, horse shoes, bounty hunting, or put on a bandana and go pillage yourself. possibilities seem almost endless.

Red dead is a RockStar games production. If you know any thing of RockStars work, than you can guess what I'm about to say. This game is insane! It is like 5 games in one. To top it all off a massive online free rome that even shadow's GTA4 (all 3 GTA 4 games). To put it bluntly you would be missing out big time is you passed this game up. I recived this game 4 days early :)

This is one of my all-time favorites. A game with fantastic gameplay and plenty to do in a beautifully crafted landscape set back in a time when the frontier was wild. Great story and characters. Truly one of the gems from the previous library of last gen.The Undead Nightmare expansion included with this edition is fantastic as well. I love the blending of the western and zombie genres.

In lamest terms, its like grand theft call of duty (which stays in 3rd person view). You gets two things shooters like which are a great stories (or two if your're a fanatic of zombies) plenty of multiplayer modes, and most of all, zombie mode to survive. So trust me, it's worth it. If you haven't play this game, I recommend you do. It's worth the price.
