I'm not sure how many stars to give the product because it seems like a great way to spend time getting more skilled at playing my guitar. However, I am disappointed in Ubisoft's support and want to post advice to other people who have had the problems I had. From the beginning, the game froze so frequently that it was unplayable. It usually completely froze up the Xbox, so I had to restart the Xbox every time to try again. After rebooting 10 times, I gave up and contacted Ubisoft support by email. 5 days later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They agreed that I had a defective disk and sent me info on how to get it replaced. I was shocked to find that they charge a $15 replacement fee on top of making me pay to ship it to them (they have since clarified that if the disk doesn't have scratches or burn marks, they will replace it for free, although I assume I'm still responsible for the shipping cost). So instead, I returned it to retrolio, who will pay for the return shipping and have a new game to me by tomorrow. If you have a problem with your disk, just return it to retrolio.
